Sleep Walking (7" x 19")

I was driving in NE Portland and noticed graffiti("Fast aAleep") on one of the doors that caught my eye. I parked, grabbed my camera and then began to try a few different things.  I began a vertival panorama and during the series of shots, someone walked by.  Later while stitching the series of photographs together, the stitching program in it.s process of aligning and blending the images did something weird with the person walking by.  My first reaction was to edit and fix the weirdness. But as I sat there looking at the result I realized that it spoke perfectly to the reality of the soon to come dissapearance of my community.
